- 1 can of mackerel (190g)

- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce

Cut the tomato in half vertically, remove the stem, and slice into thirds radially.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry lightly to break it apart.
Add the tomato and stir-fry over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until slightly softened.
Add ponzu sauce and pepper, then stir to combine evenly.
