 - 4 tbsp frying flour

Drain 90% of the oil from the tuna and mix it with mashed tofu, eggs, chopped green onion, salt, pepper, and frying flour.
Shape the mixture into round patties. You should get about 8 patties.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown and cooked through.
