ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

    • 🐟 1 fillet (100g) yellowtail
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 8cm green onion
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp grated ginger

Cut the green onion into 4cm pieces.

Pat the yellowtail dry with a paper towel.

Heat a pan and cook the green onion over low heat until both sides are cooked, then remove.

Add salad oil to the pan, heat it, and cook the yellowtail for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.

Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel, add the seasoning mixture, and simmer over low heat while spooning the sauce over the yellowtail until thickened.
