    • 🌽 1/3 can canned corn
    • 1/4 red bell pepper
    • 1/4 yellow bell pepper
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 🧀 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Wash the sweet pumpkin thoroughly using baking soda and microwave it for about 2 minutes.

Mix the canned corn, diced red and yellow bell peppers, and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Cut off the top of the sweet pumpkin to create a lid.

Scoop out the seeds from the pumpkin and stuff it with the prepared filling.

Top the filling with mozzarella cheese.

Close the pumpkin with its lid and microwave for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

Remove the lid, make shallow cuts in the pumpkin for easier serving, and enjoy!
