Main Ingredients
- 🎃 250g pumpkin
- 🥛 200cc fresh cream
- 🧂 70g sugar
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🌾 3 tbsp flour
ШАГИ
Remove seeds from the pumpkin and prepare 250g of it.
Cut the pumpkin into pieces, place in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Peel the pumpkin skin after microwaving.
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Blend the pumpkin and all other ingredients in a mixer or food processor until smooth.
Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 170°C for 40 minutes.
Serve warm or chilled, based on your preference.
