ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
- Meat - 🥩 100g sliced beef
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
 
- Pasta - 🍝 200g spaghetti
 
- Oil - 1 tbsp salad oil
 
- Eggs - 🥚 2 onsen eggs
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
 
ШАГИ
Slice the green onion diagonally and trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the green onion and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, mirin, sake, soy sauce) to the pan and stir quickly. Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well. Serve on a plate and top with onsen eggs.
