    • 🧂 50g sugar
    • 🍯 20g honey
    • 🧈 30g butter
    • 🥛 40g milk

    • 300g whipped cream
    • 🧂 30g sugar
    • 🍓 10 strawberries
    • 🍯 Honey as needed

Prepare the cake sheet ingredients.

Mix eggs with sugar and honey.

Whip the mixture until it holds its shape for at least 3 seconds when dropped.

Sift cake flour into the mixture and gently fold.

Melt butter in milk and add to the batter.

Pour the batter into a round cake mold and bake at 170°C for 25-30 minutes.

Cool the baked cake completely before slicing into three layers.

Prepare the other ingredients: whip cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.

Dice 5 strawberries and halve the remaining strawberries.

Spread honey on each cake layer and apply whipped cream evenly.

Add diced strawberries on top of the cream and repeat for the second layer.

Cover the top and sides of the cake with whipped cream.
