ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
Seasonings
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3-4 tbsp gochujang
- 💧 100ml water
ШАГИ
Finely chop the onion and green onion.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion and green onion over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and ground pork to the pan and stir-fry.
Increase the heat to high and add soy sauce, stirring to coat the pork.
Add sugar and stir well to incorporate.
Add gochujang and mix thoroughly. Adjust the amount based on your taste preference.
Pour in water and simmer the mixture for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Turn off the heat once the sauce reaches a thick, glossy consistency.
