ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 🦑 200g squid, cut into strips
 
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce, torn into pieces
 - 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
 
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
 - 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
 
ШАГИ
Slice the yellow bell pepper into 1cm strips and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the squid into 1cm-wide strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the squid and stir-fry until its color changes. Add the yellow bell pepper and cook until softened.
Add the lettuce, cover the pan, and steam for 1 minute. Stir lightly and add the seasoning ingredients. Mix well and serve.
