- 200g dried radish greens
 - 2 tbsp perilla oil
 
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
 - 2 tbsp perilla oil
 - 2 tbsp plum extract
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 1 tbsp chopped green onion
 - 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
 
ШАГИ
Prepare the dried radish greens by boiling and peeling them, then cut into bite-sized pieces (about 5-7cm).
Mix the seasoning sauce ingredients (gochujang, perilla oil, plum extract, sesame seeds, chopped green onion, minced garlic, and oligosaccharide) in a bowl.
Combine the radish greens with the seasoning sauce and mix well.
Let the seasoned radish greens sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
Heat a pan and add perilla oil.
Add the seasoned radish greens to the pan and stir-fry.
Cook until the sauce reduces and the greens are well-coated, then turn off the heat.
Transfer the stir-fried radish greens to a serving dish.
