Main Ingredients
- 🐟 300g small anchovies
 - 🧄 5 cloves garlic
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp plum syrup
 - 1/3 tbsp ginger syrup
 - 1 tbsp cooking wine
 
ШАГИ
Heat sesame oil and cooking oil in equal parts in a pan. Add sliced garlic and stir-fry on low heat to infuse the oil with garlic flavor. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Once the garlic is fragrant and lightly cooked, add the pre-toasted small anchovies to the pan. Stir-fry briefly.
Add soy sauce, plum syrup, and ginger syrup to the pan. Stir-fry quickly on high heat.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
