ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
- Seafood - 200g squid
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 basil leaves
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Oils & Fats - 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 20g salted butter
 
- Tomato Sauce - 🍅 400g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp wine
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 💧 200ml water
 
ШАГИ
Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic.
Prepare the squid by removing the innards, cartilage, and cutting the body into 1cm strips. Divide the tentacles into pairs and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add the tomato sauce ingredients (canned tomatoes, wine, consomme, salt, black pepper, and water). Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the squid and butter to the pot. Cook briefly until the squid changes color. Serve on a plate and garnish with torn basil leaves.
