Spinach and Bacon Stir-fry

    • 🥬 7-8 stalks spinach
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
    • 🧄 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • Meat

    • 🥓 2 slices bacon
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 3 pinches salt
    • 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    • A dash of pepper

ШАГИ

Trim the roots off the spinach and cut into halves. Dice the onion into small cubes, slice the garlic, and cut the bacon into 2cm pieces.

Wash the spinach thoroughly in water and drain completely.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over low heat and sauté the sliced garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the bacon and onion to the pan. Cook until the bacon turns crispy and releases its juices.

Add the spinach, 3 pinches of salt, and a dash of pepper. Stir-fry until the spinach wilts, then turn off the heat and drizzle with 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.
