Nakgopsae Ingredients
- 🐙 1 whole octopus
- 🥩 300g beef brisket
- 🦐 20 shrimp
- 500ml beef bone broth
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- suitable amount flat glass noodles
- some chili pepper
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp red pepper paste
ШАГИ
Soak flat glass noodles in cold water for 30 minutes. Thin noodles can be used as an alternative.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to make the Nakgopsae sauce.
Slice onion into 1cm thick strips and cut green onion diagonally into suitable sizes.
Place green onion, onion, and chili pepper in a wide pot.
Add shrimp, octopus, beef brisket, and soaked noodles on top. Adjust seafood quantity to taste.
Pour 500ml beef bone broth and add the prepared sauce on top. Substitute broth with anchovy stock or rice water if needed.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Uncover, stir well to mix the sauce evenly, and cook for another 10 minutes on medium heat.
