    • 300g tofu, cut into 6 pieces
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
    • 2 green chili peppers, chopped
    • 400ml anchovy stock
    • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 0.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

Soak tofu in water for 10 minutes, then cut into 6 pieces.

Slice onion, green onion, and chop chili peppers.

Heat cooking oil in a pot, add minced garlic and chili powder to create chili oil.

Add sliced onion and green onion to the pot and sauté until fragrant.

Pour anchovy stock into the pot and add the tofu pieces.

Add fish sauce and let the stew simmer for 5 minutes with the lid on.

Add chopped chili peppers and simmer for another minute.
