ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • Mushroom

    • 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
  • Seasoning

    • A pinch of sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • 1 tbsp plum extract
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Wash the oyster mushrooms thoroughly under running water.

Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water for about 2 minutes.

Drain the mushrooms and squeeze out excess water. Set them aside.

Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, plum extract, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl.

Add the sauce to the drained mushrooms and mix well using gloves to ensure even coating.

Heat a pan over low heat, add a little oil, and stir-fry the mushrooms with the sauce until the sauce is cooked through.

Transfer the cooked mushrooms to a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
