ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
- Fish - 🐟 4 sardines
 
- Coating - Potato starch, as needed
 
- Cooking Oil - Salad oil, as needed
 
- Seasoning - Shichimi togarashi, as needed
 
- Marinade - 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Remove the heads and guts of the sardines, open them by hand, remove the central bones, and cut them lengthwise into halves.
Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the sardines, and let them sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Pat the sardines dry, coat them with potato starch, heat salad oil to 170°C, and fry the sardines until crispy. Sprinkle with shichimi togarashi before serving.
