    • 🧈 1 block tofu
    • 🧅 1 cup chopped green onion
    • 🧅 1/4 onion
    • green chili to taste
    • 1 red chili
    • 🐖 100g ground pork
    • 🍄 enoki mushroom as desired
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp fine chili powder
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🐟 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 💧 1.5 cups water

Chop green onion and onion finely.

Slice green chili and red chili. Adjust green chili quantity to taste.

Cut tofu into large chunks.

Mix ground pork, chopped onion, green onion, and all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Layer tofu at the bottom of a pot.

Pour the prepared seasoning mixture over the tofu.

Simmer on medium-low heat. Occasionally lift tofu slightly to allow the sauce to seep underneath.

Add sliced chilies once the vegetables soften and tofu becomes visible.

Reduce the sauce until it thickens and adjust seasoning with soy sauce if needed.

Top with enoki mushrooms and simmer for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
