    • 3 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp plum extract
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tsp minced ginger
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
