- 200g stonecrop
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp plum syrup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Rinse the stonecrop gently in cold water and drain well.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the stonecrop, sliced onion, and sliced carrot in a bowl, then gently toss with the prepared seasoning.
Plate the salad and serve.
