- 200g crown daisy

- 1 block tofu
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Boil water about five times the amount of crown daisy.
Blanch the crown daisy for 30 seconds in boiling water.
Rinse the blanched crown daisy in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
Remove excess moisture from the tofu using kitchen towels.
Mash the tofu using a knife or fork.
Finely chop green onions.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing 2 tbsp soybean paste, 2 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
Place the blanched crown daisy and mashed tofu in separate bowls and divide the seasoning equally.
Mix the crown daisy with the seasoning thoroughly.
Mix the tofu with the seasoning thoroughly.
Combine the seasoned crown daisy and tofu gently in one bowl.
