- 300g bean sprouts
- 100g crown daisy
Seafood
- 🦐 10 medium-sized shrimp
Fruits
- 🍋 1 lemon
Seasonings
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Sauce Base
- 350ml water
- 80ml soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- A pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Prepare the bean sprouts and crown daisy by washing them thoroughly.
Trim the shrimp's antennae and clean them. Remove the intestines using a toothpick.
Pour 350ml of water into a pot.
Add 3 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp plum extract, and a pinch of pepper to the water.
Add 80ml soy sauce to the mixture.
Turn on the heat and place the shrimp into the pot.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the shrimp.
Let the mixture simmer for no more than 15 minutes.
Add the crown daisy leaves to the pot.
Squeeze lemon juice over the dish before serving.
