- 🌭 6 Vienna sausages
- Generous amount of cooking oil
- 🥜 A small amount of crushed peanuts
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Boil rice cakes and sausages in hot water for 1–2 minutes.
Skewer rice cakes and sausages alternately on sticks.
Heat a pan with generous cooking oil and fry the skewers until golden.
Mix seasoning ingredients in the pan and cook to make the sauce.
Brush the fried skewers with the prepared sauce.
Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top of the skewers.
