ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 1 block soft tofu
 - 1 can chicken breast
 - 🍄 1-2 shiitake mushrooms
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 🧅 2 stalks green onion
 - 🥚 1 egg
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
 
Broth Ingredients
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
 - 💧 1.5 cups water
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 
ШАГИ
Prepare soft tofu, canned chicken, egg, and minced garlic. Slice onion and shiitake mushrooms thinly. Chop green onion finely and beat the egg in a bowl.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the canned chicken. Add a bit of the oil from the can for extra flavor.
Add onion and minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until the onion turns slightly translucent.
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour 1.5 cups of water into the pan.
Add 2.5 tbsp soy sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
Cut soft tofu into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan. Simmer for another 3 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on top and pour the beaten egg around the edges of the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes without stirring.
Finish with a pinch of pepper and serve over a bowl of rice.
