- 🧂 160g sugar
- 30g syrup
- A pinch of vanilla

Whip softened butter at room temperature lightly, then gradually add sugar in three portions while whipping.
Add eggs one at a time, starting with the yolks, and mix well.
Sift the flour and baking powder, then mix until no dry flour is visible.
Add milk to the batter and mix quickly until combined.
Preheat the oven to 180–190°C and bake for 25 minutes.
