    • 🧈 1 block tofu
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 🧅 1 stalk green onion
    • 2 chili peppers
    • 🐟 1 handful dried anchovies
    • 1 piece kelp
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 0.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • 0.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🧂 a dash of black pepper

Pour 500ml of water into a pot and add dried anchovies and kelp. Simmer for 5 minutes to make broth.

While the broth is simmering, chop the onion, green onion, and chili peppers.

Rinse the tofu under running water and cut it into thick slices.

Strain the broth through a sieve and discard the anchovies and kelp.

Add the prepared tofu to the pot with the broth.

Add the chopped vegetables to the pot.

Add all the seasonings to the pot.

Simmer on medium to low heat until the stew is fully cooked.
