ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
 - 🥬 400g Chinese cabbage
 - 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
 - A pinch of dried oregano
 - 1/2 tsp consomme powder
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - A pinch of black pepper
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 💧 200ml water
 
For Garnish
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
 
ШАГИ
Cut the Chinese cabbage into 3cm-wide pieces.
Layer the cabbage tightly in a pot. Add water, canned tomatoes, consomme, and oregano. Heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 7 minutes until the cabbage softens.
Add the canned mackerel along with its liquid. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, then drizzle olive oil.
Serve on plates and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
