ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 300g daikon radish, sliced
 - 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
 
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp miso paste
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/3 tsp dashi powder
 - 💧 200cc water
 
ШАГИ
Cut the daikon radish into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 1cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add daikon and stir-fry briefly until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆), mix well, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Dissolve miso paste into the mixture and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
