Main Ingredients
- 🐚 500g clams
- 🐚 80g clam meat
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 piece ginger
- 5 pieces chili pepper
- 🍜 2 servings noodles
- 2 tbsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
ШАГИ
Slice the green onion for oil, thinly slice garlic, julienne ginger, and crush chili peppers. If unavailable, use dried chili or green chili.
Blanch the clams in boiling water until they open. Reserve some of the broth for later use.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté green onion, garlic, ginger, and chili peppers.
Add 2 tbsp doubanjiang and 1 tbsp cooking wine to create the sauce.
Add the clam meat first and cook until done.
Add the blanched clams and stir-fry together.
Add a bit of reserved clam broth and stir-fry until slightly saucy.
Serve with boiled noodles for a complete meal.
