ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
- Noodles - 150g somen noodles
 
- Seafood - 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
 
- Vegetables - 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
 
- Seasoning - 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 100ml water
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 
- Fruits - 🍋 1/4 lemon, thinly sliced
 
ШАГИ
Remove the shrimp's vein if present. Thinly slice the lettuce, onion, and lemon. Soak lettuce and onion in water until crisp, then drain.
In a microwave-safe container, mix chicken stock powder and 1 tbsp water. Heat at 600W for 30 seconds, then add remaining water, fish sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well.
Boil somen noodles and shrimp together, then cool under running water and drain. Plate the noodles, top with lettuce, lemon, and shrimp, and pour the sauce over.
