ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup soaked seaweed
 - 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
 
ШАГИ
Soak the seaweed in water and drain thoroughly.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a pot, add the soaked seaweed, light soy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir-fry briefly.
Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and continue stir-frying.
Pour in 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Adjust seasoning with dark soy sauce as needed.
Simmer the soup for 20–30 minutes to deepen the flavor.
