ШАГИ
Open the scallop shells, remove the meat, and discard the black parts. Sprinkle with a little salt and rinse to remove slime. Pat dry.
Remove excess moisture and cut the scallop meat into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Finely chop parsley and garlic.
Mix olive oil, sliced chili, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Add scallops and mix well.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place scallop shells, and spoon the mixture onto them. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
