ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 🦪 6 scallops (sashimi-grade)
Vegetables
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced into 1cm width
- 🌿 4 basil leaves, torn
Soup Base
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
ШАГИ
Slice the scallops in half horizontally.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and slice zucchini into 1cm width pieces.
Heat cherry tomatoes and soup base ingredients in a pan over medium heat until boiling. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add scallops and zucchini to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes until zucchini is tender.
Add torn basil leaves to the pan and serve immediately.
