ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 100g (4 pieces) satsuma-age
 - 125g (1/2 piece) konjac
 - 1/2 tsp sliced chili
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tsp white sesame seeds
 
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 2 tsp soy sauce
 
ШАГИ
Cut the konjac in half thickness-wise and then into bite-sized pieces. Boil the konjac in a pot with enough water to cover it for 3 minutes, then drain.
Slice the satsuma-age thinly.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the konjac to evaporate moisture. Add sesame oil and satsuma-age, stirring until the oil is absorbed. Add the seasonings and chili, stir-fry, then mix in the white sesame seeds.
