ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • Main Ingredients

    • 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
    • 🥕 1 carrot (120g), peeled and julienned
    • 1 tbsp dried hijiki seaweed
    • 🧂 1 pinch salt
  • Seasonings

    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1/2 tbsp 3x concentrated mentsuyu
    • 1 tbsp ground white sesame seeds

Soak the dried hijiki seaweed in plenty of water according to package instructions, then drain well.

Peel the carrot with a peeler, cut into 4cm long diagonal slices, then julienne. Place in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and lightly massage. Let sit for about 10 minutes until softened, then squeeze out excess water.

In a separate bowl, combine the hijiki, carrot, canned tuna, and all seasonings. Mix well.
