- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
 - 8 shiso leaves
 
Coating
- 4 tbsp potato starch
 
Cooking Oil
- 4 tbsp salad oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
 - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - A pinch of pepper
 
ШАГИ
Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into 1.5cm wide pieces.
Place the chicken pieces in a plastic bag with sake, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add torn shiso leaves, massage lightly, and seal the bag. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Add potato starch to the bag and coat the chicken evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces for 6–7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until cooked through and crispy.
