ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
- Fish - 🐟 2 fillets salmon
- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, halved
 
- Condiments - 1 tbsp olive oil
- Italian parsley, to taste
 
- Seasonings - 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 💧 200ml water
 
ШАГИ
Slice the onion thinly and halve the garlic.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add salmon and cook on medium heat until browned on one side, then flip and briefly sear the other side.
Add onion, cherry tomatoes, and clams to the pan. Stir-fry briefly, then add sake, salt, black pepper, and water. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until the clams open.
Plate the dish and garnish with Italian parsley.
