Main Ingredient
- 1 block tofu
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of ground pepper
ШАГИ
Pat the tofu dry using kitchen towels and cut into pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce: chili powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, oligosaccharide, sesame oil, and ground pepper. Adjust seasoning if desired.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu until golden brown.
Pour the sauce over the fried tofu. Add 3 tbsp of water to the remaining sauce in the bowl, mix, and pour into the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Transfer the braised tofu to a serving dish and enjoy.
