Main Ingredients
- 🎃 1/2 pumpkin
 - 1 cup glutinous rice flour
 - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - 🌰 A small amount of nuts
 - Drizzle of syrup
 
ШАГИ
Cut the pumpkin in half, slightly avoiding the stem.
Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
Peel off any rough or dirty parts of the pumpkin skin.
Grate the pumpkin finely using a grater.
Place the grated pumpkin into a bowl.
Add 1 cup of glutinous rice flour to the bowl.
Mix the pumpkin and flour until no dry flour is visible.
Take a tablespoon of dough and shape it into a round, flat pancake.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and fry the pancakes on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
Drizzle syrup or honey and garnish with crushed nuts.
