ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🎃 200g pumpkin, seeds removed
- 🌱 50g frozen shelled edamame
- 1 tbsp dried hijiki
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ШАГИ
Soak dried hijiki in plenty of water according to package instructions. Drain well.
Cut pumpkin into bite-sized pieces, removing the skin. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes until soft. Drain and mash with a fork to desired consistency. Let cool slightly.
Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Add hijiki, edamame, and mashed pumpkin. Mix well.
