- Main Ingredients - 🍗 8 pieces chicken breast
- 🍶 1/2 block tofu
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 🥕 a small amount of carrot
- 🌾 2 tbsp flour
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 
ШАГИ
Prepare the ingredients. Remove the tendons from the chicken breast for better texture.
Mash the chicken breast using a meat mallet or blend it in a blender.
Mash the tofu using a knife blade or similar tool.
Finely chop the green onion and carrot.
In a large bowl, combine mashed chicken breast, tofu, chopped green onion, carrot, eggs, flour, and salt.
Scoop the mixture using a spoon to form patties.
Pan-fry the patties on a preheated skillet until golden brown.
