- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- A pinch of black pepper
- A dash of sesame oil
Other
- Rice cake sticks, soaked
- A small amount of flour

Chop the green onions and onion finely.
Combine ground pork, green onions, onion, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, potato starch, black pepper, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Soak the rice cake sticks in warm water for at least 10 minutes.
Drain the rice cakes and lightly coat them with flour.
Take small portions of the meat mixture and wrap them around each rice cake stick.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the wrapped rice cakes over low heat.
Turn the rice cakes frequently to cook evenly on all sides.
Once fully cooked and golden brown, serve the rice cake galbi.
