Essential Ingredients
- 100g pork belly slices
- 2 cups rice cakes
- 2 sheets fish cakes
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 3 cups water
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A small amount of sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
ШАГИ
Slice the onion, green onion, and fish cakes. Soak the green onion in cold water to reduce spiciness.
Mix the seasoning ingredients to create a sauce. Marinate the pork belly slices in the sauce for at least 10 minutes.
Heat a pan with cooking oil, add the marinated pork belly, and stir-fry until cooked. Then add water and bring to a boil.
Add rice cakes, fish cakes, and sliced onion to the pan. Simmer until the rice cakes are soft and the sauce thickens. Serve with sliced green onion on top.
