ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 onion, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp doenjang
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Protein
- 300g pork belly, sliced
- 🥚 1 fried egg
Rice and Garnishes
- Cooked rice, as needed
- Shredded lettuce, as needed
- Shredded perilla leaves, as needed
- Sesame seeds, as needed
ШАГИ
Thinly slice zucchini, carrot, and onion.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the carrot.
Add zucchini to the pan and stir-fry until evenly cooked.
Add onion to the pan and stir-fry until translucent.
In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and the white part of 1/2 stalk of green onion, chopped, and stir-fry.
Add 300g pork belly and cut into smaller pieces using scissors.
Add 4 tbsp gochujang, 1/2 tbsp doenjang, 2 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp plum extract, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
Add the green part of 1/2 stalk of green onion, chopped, and stir-fry to finish.
In a bowl, place cooked rice, stir-fried vegetables, and pork belly gochujang mixture.
Top with shredded lettuce, perilla leaves, a fried egg, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
