ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
- Rice - 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (400g)
 
- Meat - 🥩 150g thinly sliced pork belly
 
- Vegetables - 1/3 bunch of komatsuna
 
- Condiments - 1 pack natto
- Mustard to taste
 
- Oil - 1 tsp salad oil
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 packet natto sauce
 
ШАГИ
Separate komatsuna stems and leaves, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry pork belly over medium heat until the color changes.
Add komatsuna stems and stir-fry until softened. Then add komatsuna leaves and seasoning ingredients (☆), and stir-fry briefly.
Add natto and stir-fry together. Serve over bowls of rice and garnish with mustard to taste.
