ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
- Rice - 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
 
- Meat - 🥩 150g thinly sliced pork belly
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
 
- Liquid - 💧 Water as needed
 
- Seasoning - White sesame seeds as needed
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
ШАГИ
Chop the green onion into small pieces, separating the white and green parts.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
Add soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker, filling just below the 2-cup mark. Mix and flatten the rice.
Place pork belly and the white parts of the green onion on top, then cook as usual.
Once cooked, add the green parts of the green onion and mix. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
