ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
 
Vegetables
- 120g komatsuna, chopped into 4cm pieces
 - 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms, halved and separated
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
 
ШАГИ
Cut the komatsuna into 4cm pieces, halve and separate the enoki mushrooms, and mince the garlic.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and coat with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the pork to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add komatsuna and enoki mushrooms, stir-frying until softened. Then, add the sauce ingredients and mix well.
