ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
- Rice - 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
 
- Meat - 🐖 80g thinly sliced pork belly
 
- Vegetables - 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 50g kimchi
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
- Cheese - 🧀 20g pizza cheese
 
- Seasoning - 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
 
- Liquid - 💧 Water, as needed
 
ШАГИ
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the pork belly into 2cm wide strips.
Add soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker, mixing well. Flatten the rice evenly.
Layer pork, shimeji mushrooms, and kimchi on top of the rice, then cook using the normal rice setting.
Once cooked, add pizza cheese, close the lid, and let sit for 5 minutes. Mix gently.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
