ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
 
Protein
- 50g sliced pork
 - 🥚 1 egg
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
 - 1 shiitake mushroom, thinly sliced
 - A small amount of mitsuba
 
Seasoning
- 💧 70cc water
 - A pinch of Japanese dashi powder
 - 🧂 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the onion and shiitake mushroom. Crack the egg into a bowl and beat lightly.
In a small pot, combine the seasoning ingredients (water, dashi, sugar, mirin, soy sauce) and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the pork, onion, and shiitake mushroom, and simmer for about 3 minutes until the pork is cooked.
Pour the beaten egg into the pot and cook for 1–2 minutes. Turn off the heat and cover with a lid to let the egg steam until semi-cooked.
Serve the cooked mixture over a bowl of rice and garnish with mitsuba.
