ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 1 serving of kalguksu noodles
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom, sliced
- 🥔 1/2 potato, thinly sliced
- 3.5 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 piece kombu (5x5 cm)
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the potato and shiitake mushroom.
In a pot, add 750ml water, potato, mushroom, and kombu. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Rinse the kalguksu noodles under water to remove excess starch just before adding to the pot.
Once the water is boiling, add the noodles, minced garlic, and fish sauce. Cook until the noodles are 70-80% done.
Add the perilla seed powder gradually, adjusting the thickness to your preference. Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning with additional fish sauce if needed. Serve hot.
